About Us
Our Story
Founded in 2002, Enterprise Consulting (UK) Ltd is based in the Thetford, with convenient links to Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, King's Lynn and London. As we mark our 20th year, we remain committed to delivering a tailored service to our clients while promoting the benefits of paperless systems.
As pioneers in our field, we were among the first to introduce electronic document management systems and processes to businesses, freeing them from the burden of complex paper-based systems and allowing them to focus on their core activities. Our journey began with a partnership with Jack Henry & Associates, the creators of Synergy, a powerful enterprise content management suite used by 70% of American banks. Enterprise Consulting is the only European provider of the Synergy solution, and we are proud to be market leaders in the Document Management sector.
Over the years, we have built a strong product and service portfolio, including a cutting-edge scanning bureau, cloud-based document management solutions and our unique offering of Synergy, a complete Content Management suite. We collaborate with clients and partners across Europe and around the world, delivering bespoke document management solutions to businesses of all sizes and industries.

Our Pledge
The Environment
We are committed as a company to promote and work in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner. Our office strives to use sustainable sources and methods where possible whilst helping your business work towards its paperless office goals.
In 2023 we pledged to offset 60 tonnes of CO2e through tree planting in North Yorkshire, with our friends Make It Wild. In 2024 we visited their Norfolk site and helped to plant over 100 trees.
