IT Manager and Chief DPO Officer
Brad is the IT Manager and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Enterprise Consulting (UK) Ltd and its subsidiaries, Anglian IT and Scanning Solutions. With over 15 years of experience in IT, Brad oversees all aspects of IT service delivery, support operations, and software development oversight. His role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical management, ensuring seamless IT performance and innovation across a diverse client base.
In October 2023, Brad expanded his expertise by becoming the company’s Data Protection Officer, leading Enterprise Consulting’s data protection strategy and ensuring full compliance with GDPR and wider information governance standards. His knowledge is underpinned by his Certified Data Protection Officer qualification, alongside ITIL 4 in IT Service Management and Lean Six Sigma certification.
Brad began his career on an IT Service Desk in a large retail chain, quickly proving his ability to solve complex challenges and deliver outstanding client support. His dedication and customer-first approach have been recognised with multiple Customer Service awards, reflecting his commitment to excellence throughout his career.
Now at the forefront of Enterprise Consulting’s development, Brad plays a key role in shaping the company’s IT services and long-term strategy, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of delivery for clients both in the UK and internationally.
